  • Hosting and subscription services may require advance payment.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All custom-developed software, designs, or content remain the property of SanviNexa until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, ownership rights will transfer to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • SanviNexa retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Confidentiality

SanviNexa agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose sensitive information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

SanviNexa shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data

  • Downtime caused by third-party services (e.g., hosting providers, advertising platforms)

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

8. Third-Party Services

Some services may involve third-party platforms such as advertising networks, hosting providers, or analytics tools. SanviNexa is not responsible for changes, outages, or policies imposed by third-party providers.

9. Service Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice according to the terms stated in the service agreement. Any outstanding payments must be settled before termination is finalized.

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems

  • Distribute malicious software

  • Copy or reproduce content without permission
